Clipart can be used to create and sell digital designs.
Can NOT be resold as is digitally, must be incorporated into a design to be resold digitally.
No license required to sell transfers of my designs but the resale of my designs in digital format is not allowed.  
If you are found to be sharing files or using my files in ways not allowed it will result in removal from the access, without refund. 
No refunds on digital downloads.
